If you are a consumer based in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving any reason.
Under EU law (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU), your right of withdrawal ends early if you explicitly consent to immediate access to the license and acknowledge you lose the withdrawal right once the Software is activated. During checkout, we will ask you to confirm this explicitly before completing your purchase.
If you have not activated your license (i.e. you purchased but never entered the license key in the app), your full 14-day withdrawal right remains intact.
Email hello@copilotmeet.com with your order reference within 14 days of purchase. We'll confirm and process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.
Optional AI usage credit packs are non-refundable once any portion of the credit has been used, but unused credit packs remain covered by the standard 14-day withdrawal right above.
If you're purchasing from outside the EU/EEA, the statutory withdrawal right may not apply, but we're happy to consider refund requests made within 14 days on a case-by-case basis — just email us.
